About the Position:
An established community health organization is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its growing outpatient clinic. This role requires at least 1 2 years of pediatric experience new graduates will not be considered. Family NPs or PAs may be considered only if their clinical background is exclusively in pediatrics.
This is a full-time, Monday Friday position focused on delivering comprehensive primary care to a diverse pediatric population, from newborns through adolescence. The clinic serves a community with a rapidly growing newborn population, so providers must be highly confident in caring for infants, including well-baby checks and early developmental care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-spectrum pediatric primary care, including preventive visits and sick care
- Manage a patient panel from newborns through adolescents
- Perform well-baby and routine pediatric health assessments
- Participate in urgent care coverage as needed
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of NPs, PAs, and physicians
- Support and contribute to community health programs and outreach initiatives
- Represent the organization in local partnerships, community groups, and public health efforts

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $120,000 $158,000 (based on experience)
