Seeking Advanced Practice Provider - APRN or PA for our CHI Health Cardiovascular Institute in Lincoln, NE
This is a full-time Cardiology APP opportunity. Individuals with previous Cardiology RN or clinical/hospital experience are encouraged to apply.

CHI Health Clinic Heart Institute and Nebraska Heart Institute are part of CHI Health, the largest faith-based healthcare system in Nebraska and southwest Iowa. Nebraska Heart Institute has been a leader in cardiovascular care for more than 30 years and is recognized throughout the region for clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care. As an integrated cardiovascular program, Nebraska Heart Institute offers comprehensive services including non-invasive cardiology, advanced cardiac imaging, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, structural heart procedures, vascular surgery, and cardiothoracic surgery. Physicians benefit from a strong referral network, experienced support staff, and a collaborative team environment dedicated to delivering exceptional cardiovascular outcomes.
At the center of the program is CHI Health Nebraska Heart Hospital , a 63-bed cardiovascular specialty hospital designed exclusively for cardiac and vascular care. The hospital features a unique universal bed model that allows patients to remain in the same room throughout their hospitalization, enhancing continuity of care and patient satisfaction. Nebraska Heart Hospital has earned numerous national recognitions for patient experience, quality, and safety, reflecting its commitment to excellence in cardiovascular medicine.
In addition to Nebraska Heart Hospital, providers collaborate with CHI Health St. Elizabeth , a 258-bed regional medical center serving southeast Nebraska. Together, these facilities provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular services while supporting continued growth and access to specialty care throughout the region.
As the primary teaching partner of Creighton University School of Medicine , CHI Health offers opportunities for physicians to participate in medical education, mentorship, and academic collaboration while practicing in a community-focused environment.

Job Requirements
- Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from accredited program
- Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization
- Nebraska License required
- Nebraska DEA required
- BLS
