ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 6 months - Ongoing

SCHEDULE:

• 1 shift per week (8 hours total) - WEDNESDAY

• 4 hours in clinic
• 4 hours for ED and inpatient consults
• No call

WORKSITE SETTING: Outpatient and Inpatient

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Pediatric Otolaryngology coverage
• Endoscopy or laryngoscopy procedures in clinic
• ED and inpatient consults
• Some APP support in clinic

LICENSURES CERTIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
Active MA license Preferred Active DEA w/MA address Active CSR Board Certified Fellowship Preferred Advanced airway training Required ACLS, BLS, PALS

EMR: EPIC
