Schedule:

  • Pager Call
  • Very low volume with rare Call Back
  • 24-hour call coverage, pager call

Details:

  • Locums will NOT be responsible for supervising other providers
  • EMR: EPIC

Requirements:

  • Board Certified - REQUIRED
  • Active OR license - REQUIRED
  • DEA and CSR - REQUIRED
  • BLS - REQUIRED
  • Local candidates - HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Must submit proof of COVID vaccine in order to work at this facility - REQUIRED
