- 24hr shifts 6-8 hrs in-house, remainder beeper call within 30 min
- Guaranteed 8 hours per day
- 5 - 8 patients per shift
- Hospital-based neonatal setting
- Intubation, UVC, needle pneumothorax, and resuscitation skills required
- 2 years case logs required for all core procedures
- Resuscitations approximately 1 - 3 per week
- Lumbar puncture, EKG interpretation, and circumcision preferred
