About this Plant Manager role:
As Plant Manager, you will oversee operations, empower your team, and optimize processes for efficiency and excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to inspire, hold people accountable, and foster collaboration will be key to success.
Minimum Qualifications Were Looking For:
At least 7 years of experience as a Plant Manager or Superintendent in the wood industry, specifically Plywood manufacturing
Bachelors Degree preferred, or at least 15 years of relevant industry experience
Strong financial acumen with expertise in operational budgeting
A proven track record in wood manufacturing, preferably plywood, OSB, or EWP
Lean manufacturing experience is a major plus!
Exceptional leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
