- Support Team: Experienced nurses, navigators, and nurse practitioner support
Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Develop treatment plans for newly diagnosed hematology and oncology patients
- Provide chemotherapy oversight and ongoing patient management
- Supervise and collaborate with a nurse practitioner for follow-up visits
- Lead multidisciplinary tumor board discussions
- Participate in community-based cancer care while collaborating with regional oncology teams for advanced and late-stage diagnoses

Requirements
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
- Active North Carolina medical license or ability to obtain one
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
