Clinical Details Setting: Urology Clinic & Surgery at an 18-bed Critical Access Hospital
Patient Population: Predominantly older adult population (serving 20,000 patients in a large service area)
Patient Volume:
clinic patients per day
5 10 surgeries per day
Support Staff: Dedicated clinic nurse and experienced surgical team
EMR: Athena (Clinic) / Medhost (Hospital & Surgery)
Procedures & Skills Required Routine urologic procedures including Macroplastique injections, Botox injections, stone removals, TURP, TURB, biopsies
Open and laparoscopic procedures (no robotic surg on site)
Strong bedside manner and communication skills required
