Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours + call

Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Clinic Volume:

  • clinic patients/day
  • 45 infusion center patients/day (handled by infusion staff)

Call Details:

  • Call Type: Beeper
  • Call Ratio: 1:3
  • Average Calls per 24 hrs: 1
  • Call Back: 10%
  • Response Time: Within 30 minutes
  • Patients Seen on Call: 0 (primarily phone consults)

Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
  • Fellowship required
  • BLS required
  • Licensed in ID or IMLC
