A thriving and well-established mid-sized downtown Los Angeles law firm we have recruited for many years now is seeking a junior-level associate to work on a hybrid schedule for its litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a young attorney to learn and grow with a collaborative team. Note that associates we have placed with this firm are now partners. Attorneys work in the office 3 days a week and can change/choose which 3 days they work in the office as they please from week to week. Attorneys bill 1800 annually. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in business or civil litigation at a reputable law firm. Firm hires attorneys who graduated from top-tier law schools. Firm will have plenty of work for this associate but note that partners offer excellent mentorship for attorneys who want to grow and eventually build their own book of business. Salary range is between $135k-$175k, depending on years of experience, qualifications and skills. Firm offers a variety of annual and monthly bonuses.
