Clinical Details & Responsibilities
Setting: Inpatient hospital
Facility Information:
- Level III Trauma Center
- 40-bed facility
Responsibilities Include:
- Admit inpatient hospital medicine patients
- Round on assigned and unassigned patients
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute medical conditions
- Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
- Complete documentation using Epic EMR
Patient Volume:
- Approximately 12-14 patients per 12-hour shift
Support & Technology

- Collaborative hospital medicine team
- Established inpatient workflows
Requirements
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Required
- Active Wisconsin medical license - Required
- Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) physicians welcome
- ACLS certification - Required
