Position Highlights
- Work-Life Balance: 4-day work week (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) with no traditional call responsibilities and manageable patient volumes of 16-20 patients per day
- Desirable Practice Setting: Join a Rural Health Clinic with a team-based care model, on-site lab and imaging, visiting specialists, and a brand-new state-of-the-art clinic opening this year
- Ideal Work Environment: Bread-and-butter Family Medicine with full-spectrum care supported by a dedicated MA/LPN, triage nurse, referral coordinator, and care management team
- Favorable Call Schedule: No traditional call with limited shared Saturday walk-in coverage
- Culture & Support: Collaborative, close-knit team environment with established workflows for chronic care management and strong clinical support

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Base salary of $310,000-$325,000 depending on ability to perform hospitalist rounding
- Additional Bonus Opportunities: Earn an additional $500 daily stipend for each 24-hour hospitalist shift/on-call coverage
- Sign-On & Retention Bonuses: $20,000 commencement bonus plus $15,000 retention bonuses after Years 1 and 2
- Relocation Assistance: $10,000 relocation assistance reimbursed with receipts

Qualifications
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Licensure: Eligible for West Virginia medical licensure
- Experience: Open to both experienced physicians and new graduates
- Sponsorship: J-1 Visa sponsorship available with no Conrad 30 limitations
