- The Division of Palliative Care and Geriatric Medicine is seeking a board certified/eligible Geriatric Medicine Physician to help develop and lead an inpatient geriatrics consultation service.
- 40 hour / week work schedule
- Pay Range: $220,000 - $240,000

Responsibilities:- Assist with developing an inpatient geriatric consultation service
- Provide consultation services as part of interdisciplinary care.
- Support LHMC Äôs plans to become an Age-Friendly Health System
- Teach geriatric care principles to interdisciplinary professional learners, including medical students and residents
- Commit to promoting quality care transitions.
Qualifications:- Completed Geriatric Medicine Fellowship training by hire date or demonstrate comparable experience.
- Board certified/eligible in Geriatric Medicine.
- Demonstrate passion for clinical geriatrics.
