- Shift: 24-hour call / inpatient coverage blocks
Practice Setting- Hospital-based GI Hospitalist service
- Trauma Level III
- EMR: Athena / Medhost
- Hospital Stroke Certified
Clinical Responsibilities- Inpatient GI consults
- ED consults
- Transfers
- Admissions
- Bread-and-butter inpatient GI care
- ERCP (preferred)
- Manage assigned and unassigned patients
- 30-minute call response requirement
Requirements- Board Certified Gastroenterology - Required
- Fellowship trained - Required
- Active Texas license - Required
- ACLS - Required
