Position Overview Clinic Volume: 20 patients/day
Procedures: 2 dedicated procedure days/week all interventional pain cases
Support: CRNA on all procedure days
Team Structure: Incoming physician will be 1 of 2.5 physicians
Setting: Outpatient only, Monday Friday, no nights/no weekends
Compensation Year 1: Guarantee salary
Year 2+: Transition to zero-cap productivity model
Current physician earning: $800K
Bonuses: Performance-based bonus
Signing Bonus: Negotiable
Relocation: Up to $15K
