- Private practice is seeking a BC/BE Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join their team
- Year 1 Salary: $575,000
- Sign-on bonus $100,000 paid in full at signing
- Potential for 7 figure salary
- Approximately 300 open hearts performed a year
- TAVR, MitraClip and Watchman are covered by cardiac anesthesiology
- Cardiac Anesthesiologist are required for complex non-cardiac cases
- No airway coverage required, no trauma, no transplant, healthy Pediatric only
- Preform 80-90% of own cases
- No buy in partnership
- No non-compete
