Radiation Oncologist Needed in Muskegon, MI! - LOCUMS
Trauma Level II Facility
This position will involve procedures such as conventional, 3D, IMRT, IGRT, stereotactic radiosurgery, and SBRT. The role includes seeing patients in a free-standing cancer center setting, managing outpatient clinic duties (10-15 patients/day), and being available for call.
- Start Date: Feb, 2026 - Pending Credentialing
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Call: 24-hour shared call with one other physician (1:2 ratio)
- Patient load: Full-time coverage is expected, with a goal of one locum physician covering half the patient load per week.
- Patient population: Adults and hospital-based patients.
- Support: One Nurse Practitioner (NP) will support the clinic.
- Duties: See consults, perform minor procedures, manage on-treatment and daily clinical operations, and prescribe medications and tests.

- Stereotactic Radiosurgery
- Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
