Cardiology - Interventional Physician

Job description

Shift:

  • 24-hour call shifts: 7 AM 7 AM
  • Monthly variable coverage dates
  • No clinic/outpatient responsibilities

Practice Setting:

  • Inpatient cardiology
  • EMTALA call
  • Adult patient population
  • Epic EMR system

Procedures Required:

  • Balloon angioplasty
  • Coronary angioplasty
  • Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)
  • Heart catheterization
  • Valve-related interventions
  • Coronary angiograms

Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
  • ACLS certification
  • Interventional cardiology experience required
  • Willing to obtain Kentucky licensure
