•Outpatient Family Medicine Physician w/ an established patient panel
•No nights, no weekends, no on-call
•12-18 patients per day
•HPSA Score: 15
•4 day work week supporting exceptional work life balance
•Brand new, state of the art clinic w/ Epic EMR, AI scribe technology, & strong clinical support
Compensation and Benefits:
•$300K+ evergreen base salary guarantee, including 3% annual increases, independent of any wRVU based compensation structure
•Signing bonus & relocation assistance provided

•52 total days off annually, inclusive of federal & tribal holidays, vacation, sick time, & personal leave
