What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinical setting
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including specialists, care coordinators, and advanced practice providers
- Support preventative care, population health, and chronic disease management initiatives
- Contribute to the growth and development of community-based service lines
- Maintain a strong commitment to access, quality, and patient experience
- Uphold Novant Health's principles of safety and care delivery
What We're Looking For
Education- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- Fellowship training (for applicable specialties)
Licensure / Certification- Board certified or board eligible in respective specialty
- Current MD/DO license (or eligibility) in South Carolina
- DEA license
Experience & Skills- Interest in community-based practice and program growth
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
