What You ll Do
- Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN services in a community hospital setting
- Manage both low and high-risk pregnancies, including VBACs and cesarean sections
- Perform common OB procedures such as ultrasounds, NST, CST, FSE, and deliveries
- Conduct gynecologic surgeries, including laparoscopic, operative, and minor procedures
- Collaborate with a team of CNMs, RNs, and other support staff to deliver exceptional patient care
- Document patient encounters using Cerner EMR system
- Participate in on-call rotations, covering deliveries, surgeries, and emergencies as scheduled
What You Need
- Required: Medical license in Vermont, Board Certification or eligibility, BLS, NRP, OB/GYN procedures proficiency
- Preferred: Prior experience in OB/GYN and high-volume practice management
- Additional: Ability to obtain VT license within approximately 90 days; a compassionate team player comfortable working in a collaborative environment
