Compensation & Benefits:

• $257,000-$286,000 annually

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (must finish residency) in Family Medicine
• Active Colorado license (or willingness to obtain)
• Clean malpractice history
• Current NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days)
