Practice Overview
- You'll join an established hospital-employed urology practice
- Dedicated robotic access with a Da Vinci XI platform and dedicated urology OR availability
- Built-in referral network from employed and independent primary care physicians across a large regional draw area
- Opportunity to step into immediate patient demand with limited local competition and strong procedural volume
Schedule
- Four-day work week available with predictable weekday clinic hours
- Balanced mix of clinic, procedures, and OR time with block scheduling available
- Shared consultative call supported by a larger regional urology group with phone-only overnight coverage
- Average daily patient volume of approximately 23-28 patients with strong surgical demand
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary $700,000 plus additional RVU production incentives
- $100,000 sign-on package with residency stipend opportunities available
- 5-6 weeks of paid time off plus annual CME allowance
- Full benefits package including malpractice coverage, retirement match, health, dental, and vision insurance
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Comfortable managing a broad range of general urology cases and procedures
- Must be eligible to practice in the United States without visa sponsorship
