Hematology - Oncology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology-Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; 8:30 AM-5:00 PM outpatient clinic with shared call coverage; September-December 2026

Practice Setting: Hematology and Oncology; outpatient clinic with inpatient consult and call coverage

Types of Cases: Adult, geriatric, and obstetric hematology/oncology care; outpatient oncology and hematology management, inpatient consults, chemotherapy coordination (administered by oncology nursing staff), tumor board participation, ordering tests and imaging, and prescribing treatments

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

Certifications Required: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology, Basic Life Support

Licensure Required: Active Connecticut medical license at time of submission (no exceptions)
