- Provide specialized neonatal care in a 24/7/365 NICU setting
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer treatments, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergency situations
- Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital protocols
- Support families by providing education and emotional support during critical times
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control standardsWhat You Need
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
- Neonatal or Critical Care Nurse Practitioner certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years NICU or critical care experience
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
