Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

Location: Near Atlanta, GA
Duration: October - ongoing until a permanent provider is hired
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (will take 4 or 5 day work week, must work Mondays)
Shift: 8a-5p
Call: none
Patient volume: 16-18 patients per day
Scope: Adult Primary Care (FM or IM)
EMR: Cerner
Hospital: Critical Access, clinic is inside hospital.
Group/support: 1 FP is retiring in October, FNP (been onsite for 15 years), OBGYN, and General surgeon all in the same clinic.
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible. Active GA license or IMLC LOQ in hand.
