Job description

  • Work Dates Needed: 1-2 Saturdays a month starting in June, flexible. then ongoing basis one Sat/month
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient
  • Scope of Work: Physicals only - DARS (Dept of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services)/ Disability exams
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC/BE or GP accepted, TX license. Cannot work for any State or Federal facilities - VA (DADS as an example, its is a conflict of interest), Need Actual copy of TX license when presenting, CV must have some applicable experience performing physical exams similar to Social Security Disability Exams.
  • EMR: paper charts - dictation
