Description
A Pennsylvania healthcare system is seeking an Anesthesiologist for ongoing locum coverage. The provider will work 10-hour day shifts with rotating call responsibilities covering a broad range of surgical specialties.
This opportunity includes a diverse case mix, CRNA supervision model, and predictable scheduling with weekday call coverage.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia for surgical and procedural cases
- Supervise CRNA coverage (1:3 ratio)
- Participate in weekday call rotation
- Deliver MAC, regional, and spinal anesthesia
- Manage perioperative patient care
- Cover multiple surgical specialties
- Document cases using Epic EMR
Qualifications
- MD or DO required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Active Pennsylvania license or willingness to obtain
- ACLS required
- PALS required
- Minimum 2 years experience preferred
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Working Hours
Schedule:
5 shifts per week
Shift Time:
7:00 AM 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
Call Requirements:
Weekday call: 3:00 PM 7:00 AM when scheduled
16-hour call shifts included
