Floating policy: No floating outside of the ED but must be open to floating to all sections in the ED. Patient Experience requirements: AIDET, Respectful behavior, Pt Experience to each patient, Boards updated with info and pt updated throughout visitHospital Specifics -Certifications: ACLS -before starting dateon hireBLS -before starting dateon hire -PALS -before starting date -on hireTNCC -before starting date -on hireCPI -before starting dateon hireNIHSS -before starting dateon hireENPC within 90 days of hire -Hiring profileRequested Skill Set: 2 years' experience in Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high volume > 100,000 visit ED. Previous HCA experience preferred. -Must have: 2 years' experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting, teamwork mentality, ability to coach and give feedback in real time. Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED. Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: Certifications Required: See above Dress Code: (Required uniform) Navy scrubsUnit Guidelines/Policies: -Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
