ResponsibilitiesMaintain the organization and cleanliness of the inside/outside appearance of the building and grounds. (Outside duties limited to minor snow cleanup, fenced yard organization, etc.)Safely operate a forklift to handle materials and complete work.Make routine decisions and use problem solving to resolve maintenance/safety issues.Use of general maintenance tools as needed to complete required tasks/repairs.Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards.Participate in equipment preventative maintenance.Lead 6S projects that include general safety/housekeeping tasks: setup/tear down of racking, painting identified walkways, organizing tools/work areas, etc.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school degree, diploma or a GED equivalent.Previous building and grounds experience preferred but not required.Compensation details: 7.24-7.25 Yearly SalaryPI8af3fe0803ed-5345
