Location of Employment: New York, NY Job Duties Supervise the companys educational counseling services for international students, including program selection, class registration, and career planning, and provide feedback to management. Guide Education Counselors in helping students resolve academic challenges, customize VIP training plans, and make informed college, major, and career choices. Oversee and direct the work of Education Counselors in supporting students college applications, including test preparation, form completion, essays, and letters of recommendation. Review, evaluate, and formally approve Education Counselors products, while providing strategic guidance and high-level feedback to ensure quality and alignment with institutional goals. Collaborate with the HR team to manage hiring, onboarding, and professional development for the Education Counselor team. Assign responsibilities, set deadlines, and deliver structured training and performance evaluations to strengthen overall team effectiveness. Minimum Job Requirement Masters degree in education or a closely related field. One and half years of experience as an Educational Counselor or in a related occupation with all of the following: 1) advice on program selection, class enrollment, and career planning; 2) advice on academic challenges and personalized training plans; and 3) college applications preparation, including test preparation, form completion, essays, and letters of recommendation.
