Job Description
The Physical Therapist will work in an outpatient orthopedic setting, providing high-quality therapy services to patients. The role involves evaluating patient conditions, developing tailored treatment plans, and executing therapy interventions. The therapist will be expected to maintain productivity, seeing 12-14 patients per day, with a weekly target of 60 visits.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patient needs and conditions.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Provide effective therapy interventions in line with best practices.
- Maintain patient records and documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Float to other clinics as required.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Outpatient experience preferred.
- No PTA or first-time travelers accepted; new grads are not considered.
