- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; Active/applicable license for the State; CPR Certification; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of an assignment with the agency previously is highly desired; experience with outpatient therapy preferred.
- Additional Information: The Outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, document in medical records, participate in student programs, pursue professional development, adhere to State Practice Acts, maintain licensure, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
