Salary: $120,000 to $150,000 annually

Location: New york, NY 10001


A prestigious New York City firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join their growing practice group. This role requires a professional with at least 6 years of dedicated experience in trust and estate administration and estate planning. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience managing complex, High-Net-Worth (HNW) planning and administration.


This position operates on a hybrid schedule, offering 1 day of remote work per week after an initial 90-day onboarding period.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of specialized Trusts & Estates paralegal experience
  • HNW Expertise: Demonstrated experience handling complex estate planning and administration for High-Net-Worth individuals.
  • Technical Proficiency: legal research, e-filing systems, and CRM systems
  • Education: Bachelor's degree and/or a Paralegal Studies Certificate is preferred.
  • Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $120,000-150,000 commensurate with experience
