NextStep Recruiting has partnered with an award-winning law firm to add multiple Litigation Attorneys to their growing team in Atlanta! This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced candidate who is looking for a long-term position with strong growth potential.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school
- 10 years of experience with 5 years in personal injury litigation, auto, commercial, and trucking
- Litigation experience from start to finish (filing lawsuits, writing discovery and depositions, and trying the case)
- Heavy case management, negotiation, and settlements experience
- Plaintiff trial experience strongly preferred
