Personal Injury Paralegal - Fluent Spanish

Busy Plaintff Personal Injury Law Firm is looking for a paralegal to join its team!

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case preparation and documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Perform legal research and gather relevant evidence
• Schedule and coordinate depositions, medical appointments, and court dates
• Prepare and file legal documents and pleadings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience
• Fluent in Spanish
• Car needed to commute to office
• Ability to work fully in-office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motor vehicle accident (MVA), premises liability, and negligence cases a plus
