What You'll Be Doing
You will play a key role in supporting our clients and legal team by:
- Communicating regularly with clients and guiding them through their cases
- Conducting file reviews and monitoring case progress
- Following up with insurance carriers regarding payments
- Coordinating medical treatment and communicating with doctors' offices
- Tracking medical requests and treatment status
- Drafting correspondence to attorneys, carriers, and medical providers
- Filing fee applications and handling adjuster communications
- Explaining legal concepts to clients in a clear and supportive manner
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is not just qualified-but motivated, organized, and passionate about client service.
- Minimum 2-3 years of workers' compensation experience in a busy law firm
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle a high call volume while maintaining quality service
- Comfortable working independently and managing shifting priorities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who works well with assistants and support staff
