We are seeking a Attorney for Immigration to connect with our legal team! We are searching for a candidate who likes to be challenged and has a strong work ethic. Candidate will manage Immigration cases.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents such as motions
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Record and store client information
- Attend cout hearings and trials appearance and support
- -Be a team player with opportunity to be a partner depending on experiance and performance
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years experience as an Attorney in Immigration cases
- Familiarity with legal research
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with the following programs:
- Microsoft Office
- Adobe Acrobat Pro
