Shipping and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of our cardiac monitoring devices-from preparing and shipping patches and monitors to patients and clinics, to serving as a friendly point of contact for incoming questions and support requests. You will help ensure that patients and healthcare providers receive their devices accurately, on time, and with a positive service experience. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to integrity, recognizing that our work directly supports patient care.
Responsibilities
Shipping & Fulfillment
- Receive and process device orders for patients, clinics, and hospital partners
- Label, pack, and prepare cardiac monitoring devices and accessories for outbound shipment
- Document products shipped and received, including device serial/lot tracking
- Arrange for incoming shipments and ensure adequate, organized storage space
- Distribute packages and supplies internally
- Organize and maintain the stockroom and device inventory
- Create and present shipping and inventory reports
Customer Service
- Serve as a first point of contact for patients, clinics, and providers via phone and email
- Answer questions about device shipments, returns, tracking, and basic device handling
- Coordinate device returns, replacements, and exchanges
- Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and incorrect orders promptly and professionally
- Document customer interactions and escalate clinical or technical questions to the appropriate team
- Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied
Compliance
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, HIPAA/patient privacy requirements, and internal procedures
- Handle medical devices in accordance with company quality and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Shipping Clerk, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role is preferred (experience in a medical device, healthcare, or regulated environment is a plus)
- High school diploma/GED
- Basic math and computer skills; comfort with order management and shipping software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused, professional demeanor
- Understanding of health and safety regulations; familiarity with handling medical devices or HIPAA a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
