We are looking for dependable drivers who understand that communication, safety, professionalism, and reliability matter.

PERFORMANCE-BASED PAY

We believe drivers should share in the success of the operation.

Unlike traditional CPM positions, our compensation model is based on truck revenue. When the truck earns more, you earn more.

Starting Pay:

22% Per Driver (44% Team Percentage)

Higher percentages may be available for experienced teams based on:

• FedEx Custom Critical experience
• Hazmat endorsement
• Safety record
• Professionalism
• Reliability
• Tenure with the company

Top-performing teams may be eligible for percentage increases based on performance and long-term commitment.

Compensation is based on experience, endorsements, availability, and route assignments.

Drivers who stay available, communicate well, and run consistently have the opportunity to maximize earnings.

DRIVER RETENTION BONUS

$1,000 Per Driver

• $500 After 90 Days
• $500 After 180 Days

HOME TIME

Flexible Home Time Available

Examples:

• 3 Weeks Out / 5 Days Home
• 4 Weeks Out / 1 Week Home
• Longer Availability Incentives Available

Drivers willing to stay out longer typically have greater earning opportunities.

️ REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• Hazmat Endorsement Required (or ability to obtain)
• Tanker Endorsement Preferred
• Doubles/Triples Endorsement Preferred
• Minimum 1 Year Verifiable Tractor-Trailer Experience
• 3+ Years Experience Preferred
• Clean MVR
• No Serious Preventable Accidents Within The Last 3 Years
• No Major Moving Violations Within The Last 3 Years
• Must Pass DOT Drug Screening
• Must Meet All FMCSA Requirements
• Must Meet FedEx Qualification Standards
• Strong Communication Skills Required
• Professional Appearance Required
• Reliable Attendance Required
