We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorneys with 3-5 years experience for our Long Beach and San Francisco offices . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent analytical and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues. Experience in securities litigation and employment law a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation and trial/arbitration
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
- Manage discovery
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations
- Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in California
- 3-5 years litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills
- Experience managing multiple cases and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and strong work ethic
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
