Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and driven Associate Attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney looking to take ownership of their career, work closely with clients, and play a pivotal role in a growing practice. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in a diverse practice across Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate Law, and Civil Litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution under partner mentorship.
- Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney).
- Navigate clients through the probate and estate administration process.
- Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and appearing in court.
- Advise clients on transactional and litigated real estate matters.
- Maintain strong, empathetic, and professional communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years of legal practice experience (experience in Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate, or Litigation is highly preferred).
- Licensure: Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Nevada.
- Skills: Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills; strong courtroom presence or a desire to develop litigation skills.
