A confidential Colorado-based boutique law firm is seeking to add an experienced Associate Attorney to support and expand its real estate and business law practice.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who is ready to step into a role within an established firm and contribute meaningfully to practice growth.


Requirements

Ideal candidates will have 5-10+ years of law firm experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Commercial and residential real estate (litigation and transactional)
  • Business and corporate law
    • Entity formation and governance
    • Contract drafting and negotiation
    • Mergers and acquisitions support
    • General outside counsel services

Candidates should be team-oriented, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment. The firm values attorneys who enjoy collaboration, client development, and long-term practice building.

A portable book of business is strongly preferred and will be a significant factor in compensation and advancement.


Salary Range (Colorado positions only)

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, the firm provides the following good-faith compensation range:

  • Base salary: $90,000 - $200,000
  • Compensation is dependent on experience, practice focus, and portable business
  • Origination and incentive bonuses available based on performance and client development

This range is competitive for Denver-area real estate and business law practices and allows for meaningful upside for attorneys with established clients.
