Associate Attorney- Employment Law

We are looking to hire an associate attorney, preferably a first or second year attorney, who has experience with answering discovery. We practice Plaintiff's side employment law.

Responsibilities include:

- Consult with prospective clients and provide them with service information and options with the goal of them retaining the firm for representation

- Perform legal research on a wide-range of legal issues

- Make court appearances

- Take and defend depositions

- Draft and respond to discovery
