Experienced Litigation Attorney
Boutique law firm, located in Brickell, proudly serving clients for over 20 years, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of litigation experience (commercial and/or real estate litigation preferred)
- Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
- Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively with partners and clients
- Some business preferred
- Spanish speaking a plus
What You'll Do:
• Manage business/commercial litigation cases start to finish
• Argue motions, handle discovery, depositions, and trials
• Work directly with partners on strategy and client counseling
• Generate business and grow with the firm
