Key Responsibilities:
Client Development
- Convert inbound leads into clients through persuasive communication and follow-ups.
- Market the firm's services through networking, referrals, and business development efforts.
- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
Case Management
- Represent clients in court at hearings, trials, and negotiations.
- Draft and file legal motions, pleadings, and case-related documents.
- Negotiate plea deals and settlements to secure the best possible outcomes.
- Conduct legal research to craft strong defense strategies.
Professional Development
- Stay informed on legal trends, case law, and legislative updates.
- Maintain active continuing legal education (CLE) participation.
