Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, premises liability, and general liability claims.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers.
- Manage cases from inception through resolution with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license in the State of Nevada and in good standing.
- 1-3 years of litigation or insurance defense experience preferred.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
