Junior Family Law Attorney
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Bonuses

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- 1-5 years of family law experience preferred
- Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, paternity, support, and domestic violence cases
- Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances
- Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding case progress
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in contested matters
- Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines
- Work closely with paralegals and support staff
- Contribute positively to firm culture and client experience
