Paralegal Landlord Tenant Law

We are a busy landlord-tenant law firm based in Queens, New York, representing property owners and renters in Housing Court matters throughout Queens and New York City. We are seeking an experienced landlord tenant paralegal.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file Housing Court pleadings, including:
• • Notices of Petition and Petitions
  • Predicate notices (Rent Demand, Notice to Cure, Notice of Termination)
  • Motions, and orders to show cause
• E-file cases through NYSCEF and EDDS
• Track court dates, deadlines, and compliance requirements
• Communicate with clients, court clerks, process servers, and opposing counsel
• Manage service of process and review affidavits of service
• Maintain accurate case management
