About the Role: WIRING SOLUTIONS INC is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman/Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in Stone Mountain, GA. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee electrical projects, ensuring quality and excel in a positive work environment.
Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily electrical work activities on job sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues on-site.
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in as an electrical foreman preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
